SPORT HOUSE SCORE POINT GUIDELINE

House meeting
• Every meeting should have an agenda
• Meeting should have representative from SCM/SPO
• The meeting should conduct at least 30 mins or up to 1 hour with all attendees at one place.
• House meeting only allowed once a week.
• 10 point will be given for only first one meeting per month. The next house meeting will only
count the attendees.

Sport Training
• All sport training needs to record the attendance in the form provided with endorsement
HOS/SCM on the day.
• Captain of each house/sport required to inform HOS in advance regarding outside training (i.e:
bowling/badminton)
• If there's no available SCM/HOS, please provide the picture/video as proof training session to
SPO. Only registered player will be counted by HOS/SPO.
• In house sport like carrom, dart, dam haji, congkak, chess, ML & PES only counted as training in
designated places only (i.e.: gymnasium/KWorld). Refer HOS for every sport mentioned.
• Supporters for every sport house need to watch the games/training for at least 30mins to be
counted as attendees. (Attendance should be taken after 30 mins session start.)

Engagement
• Alert on CHR announcement. Certain announcement has contribution to Sport House (i.e.:
competition company new name.)
• Attendees point will be given to those who are involve with CSR or tech talk
• Participant need to attend the event till the end. Cannot leave the venue before the events ends.
• Due to limited seat, point will be given to first come first serve basis.
• Participation through online platform will be counted as well. However, participant need to
actively participate in online platform (i.e: respond in chat box during event)

Competition
• Point will be given based on registered player and supporters that present for that sport
tournament day. Each player will be given 1 point for each category that they participate.
• Result from competition for each runner up are different for each place. (I.e.: 1st place 50 points,
2nd place 30 points and 3rd place 10 points)
• There is bonus point for sport house that provide volunteers to help during tournament day.
Bonus 5 point for each volunteer(non-player) and 1 point for each volunteer(player).

Friendly match
• Need to notify the HOS beforehand. (i.e.: date, time, venue) and need to provide details for
opponent team (i.e.: team name, player name)
• Need to match with actual games format and provide the end result of the match.
• Need to have approval from HOS to ensure that’s a friendly match or training session.
• Point will be calculated for attendance(players/supporters) of each friendly game for sport house.
• Each sport house can organize only 2 friendly matches before tournament day and bonus 10
point will be given. However, friendly match internally or externally depends on HOS in charge to
value.
