MODE FOR LECTURES AND PRACTICAL SESSION:
Online Mode -
This course of CAD/CAM is provided through online mode by means of online
training and meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Google Classroom. In this mode students
have
to enrol themselves and provide valid information regarding their address of living, postal code
by providing
residence proof.
These students will receive laptop with necessary specification which are required for the
course at their
doorstep through express delivery service within 2-3 business days. These laptops will be
encrypted and students
will receive their unique credentials such as login ID and password a day before the training
commencement
date. These laptops will only contain the software and tools that are mandatory for this course.
Attendance and assignments will be conducted through the use of Google Forms

Our institute provides provision of two batches for providing training in CAD/CAM

Development online program, these include:


1. Weekdays
2. Weekends
Week Days: –

This batch functions on three business days Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each day online
lectures will be scheduled for a duration of 3 hours on Google meet. During this meeting 2
hours training will be
provided to trainees and 1-hour practical session will be conducted for better development and
understanding of

concepts that are being taught in the meeting.
Week Ends: –

This batch functions only on weekends i.e. on Saturdays and Sundays. Each weekend online
lectures will be scheduled for a duration of 4 hours each day on Google meet. During this
meeting 3 hours will be
reserved for training purpose and 1 hour for practical session in which trainees can implement
whatever they have
learned in that particular session.

EXAM AND CERTIFICATION:


1. Certification Exam of all the appearing candidates will be conducted only after successful
completion of the
respective course/s.
2. Completion of course/s will be decided after the candidate completes the respective course
3. Certification Exam can be taken in online mode only.
4. Guidelines for Online Certification Exam:
a. Online mode of certification exam DOES NOT require candidate to report to exam center for
attempting
certification exam. He/she can attempt from his/her home, provided the candidate agrees to the
below
given instructions and the Terms and Conditions mentioned later in the text.
b. Candidate will receive login id and password for attempting the certification exam 45
minutes before the
exam. These credentials will be valid only for 1 attempt of certification. Candidate will receive
different
credentials for more attempts (if needed). Each attempt will be treated as a new attempt,
regardless of
previous certification history.
c. Candidate agrees to allow A to Z Pvt. Ltd. to monitor candidate’s actions during the period of
certification

exam. Few, but not limited to, instances of monitoring are mouse, keyboard, camera and
microphone data.
This is to discourage any kind of malpractice that may happen during the period of certification
exam.
d. Candidate has to verify their authenticity using any of the following: college id, Aadhaar
card, driving
license, passport, or any other Government of India issued id.
e. Candidate has to verify availability and proper working of infrastructure required for
attempting the
certification exam. Availability of internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps), working computer
and
peripherals (including speakers for disabled candidates for hearing aid), webcam (for activity
monitoring),
etc. during the period of examination must be confirmed and verified by the candidate before
registering
for certification exam. Any changes post payment of exam fees will not be entertained under
any
circumstances.

f. For online mode of exam, candidate has to solve 4 main activities, which will be divided into
several sub-
activities, all of which are compulsory to be attempted. Failure to attempt any/all of the main
activities will

immediately debar the candidate from completing the certification. Attempt will be counted as
FAIL, and
candidate has to reattempt to get certified. Duration of exam will be 3 hours.
g. Depending on the quality of answers/solutions submitted, A to Z Pvt. Ltd. Training Faculty
will calculate
the result and notify the candidate of the same. Candidates will receive the result of certification
exam
within 3-4 business days after the date of attempt.
h. If candidate gets caught or displays suspicious activity, then he/she is immediately debarred
and the

certification attempt will be counted as FAIL. Candidate has to reattempt to get certified.
6. Candidates will be graded according to their performance from project through certification
exam. Satisfactory
performance will result in ending grade as A , B , C or D, which will be appearing on certificate
provided post
exam. Candidates who are marked FAIL are graded F.

7. Certificate provided is valid globally for duration of 3 years from the date of issue.
Candidates who wish to stay
certified have to apply for recertification, which will be treated as a fresh attempt, regardless of
previous
certification history.

Above 85 % A
60 – 84 % B
50 – 59 % C
35 – 49 % D
Below 35 % F

8. Certificate Id, which is unique for every certificate, is valid for 4 years from the date of issue.
This is to give
candidates buffer time of 1 year, but the candidate CANNOT dignify him/herself as certified.

our services and other products. Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have
any questions. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the
policies referenced in these Terms.

Changes to Content Offerings :


A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute offers courses and content from
universities and other providers ("Content Providers"). While we seek to provide world-class
Content Offerings from our Content Providers, unexpected events do occur. A to Z
Consultancy and Training Institute reserves the right to cancel, interrupt, reschedule, or
modify any Content Offerings, or change the point value or weight of any assignment, quiz,
or other assessment. Content Offerings are subject to the Disclaimers and Limitation of
Liability sections below.

For Hands on Projects:


A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute does not offer refunds for payments
made for hands on/guided projects. If you do not earn your completion certificate within 180
days after registering for a hands on/guided project, your registration will expire and you will
need to pay to re-enroll for the hands on/guided project in order to complete the guided project
and earn your completion certificate.

Honour Code:
All students participating in the class must agree to abide by the following code:
o I will register for only one account, unless expressly permitted to register for
additional accounts by A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute.
o My answers to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other assignments will be my
own work (except for assignments that explicitly permit collaboration).
o I will not make solutions to homework, quizzes, exams, projects, and other
assignments available to anyone else (except to the extent an assignment explicitly
permits sharing solutions). This includes both solutions written by me, as well as
any solutions provided by the course staff or others.

o I will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or
dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.

Seminar / Webinar / Course / Training / Project Terms:


o All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your requirements and as per
given time-frame. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements,
may incur additional costs accordingly. Please ensure and clarify our understanding in
a face to face meeting.
o By accepting a quote, you agree to and accept the terms and conditions of A to
Z Consultancy and Training Institute. Acceptance can be verbal, by email,
payment of Initiation or signing a quote.
o Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in the
quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. Clients
must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they
may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our
understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a
discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes. Thus,
it is essential that you clarify every aspect of your requirements and ensure that you
have been quoted on the right requirements.

o Any complexity related to specific tasks, must be advised in advance and included in
the proposal for costing purposes. We operate in good faith and rely on our clients to
disclose the full picture at the time of quotation. Any discrepancy arising due to
unclear requirements will not be borne by A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute.

o A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute will make every effort to complete the
project/changes in the given time-frame. Reasonable delays are accepted if
functionalities are redefined or modified.

o Any delays at client’s end, may delay the project and proposed timeframes and may
incur additional costs.
o During hands on project, any bugs (programming errors) reported during or just
after the development does not attract additional charges.
o Any re-work on an already completed task will attract additional charges. Any changes
in the design after the design approval will incur additional charges.
o Any modifications requested during or after the client has signed the contract will incur
additional charges. All additional work, over and above the estimates is charged
separately.

o A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute software codes (not including open source
software) are copyrights of A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute. The codes can be
handed over at an additional cost for use once all previous invoices are settled, on the
condition that the codes are used only for use or modification for re-use for further
development for the specified client or subsequent owners of that legal entity. Under no
circumstance, the codes will be allowed to be used for re-selling or duplication purposes.

o The client must recognize that at times there may be unforeseen circumstances that will
delay the training/project, particularly with reference to the integration of third-party
software. We will try our best to complete the project as agreed in the proposal. As long
as it is within a reasonable period, the client agrees not to penalize us for any genuine
delay, when every effort to keep the training/project on the proposed schedule is taken.
o All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is client’s
responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email addresses.

Payment and Refund Terms:


o Payable by the 1st of every month. We strongly recommend our clients to have a
direct debit set-up for the same.

o An administrative fee of ₹ 5000 will be charged to the clients account for any late
payments or declined credit card charges.

o All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless specified.

o All invoices are to be processed as per the schedule via your preferred method of payment.

o Milestone payments must be made within 5 working days of each milestone/schedule,


unless mutually agreed otherwise. Final payment must be made prior to
training/project end.
o A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute reserves the right to negotiate and refund
appropriate portion of the amount paid by customer towards the requested service. If
you cancel your order after making the payment, but the work has not commenced, we
will refund 75% of the payment that you have already made. If the order is cancelled
after the commencement of work, the maximum refund or charge will be 50% of the
invoice. There will be no refund or adjustments if cancellation is called when more than
50% of the work has been completed. All cancellations must be received in writing and
can be sent via regular mail, email or fax. Telephone requests on cancellations will not
be accepted.

o Receipt of payment is deemed as acceptance of the quote,
milestone, delivery, project and terms & conditions.
o For minor or once-off works, payments need to be made either in
advance or as per the terms mentioned in the invoice/proposal. If you
require any changes to the terms, you must inform us in writing
(emails accepted) within two working days of the receipt of the same.
o Late fees and charges: All outstanding invoices will incur a late payment
fee of 10% of the pending amount and an administration fee of ₹ 2000
per month, from the due date.
o Due date: Is the date on which the payment is due as per the terms on the
invoice/proposal.
o Outstanding Invoice: An invoice is deemed to be outstanding if the
payment is still due after 14 days of the expiry of the due date.
o If you are late with a payment or have any queries regarding the
Invoice, please contact Accounts Manager immediately on receiving
the invoice or reminder emails.
o All communications/correspondences are generally done via emails. It is
client’s responsibility to keep us updated with their relevant email
addresses.

o Any payment relating to the domain name registration renewal or any


3rd party products or service purchased on behalf of the client will
have to be paid in full and is non-refundable. In case of all renewal
cancellations, we must be notified at least 30 days before the renewal
date.

Liability, Disputes and Indemnity:


o In an event of a dispute, A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute
reserves the right to charge the client in full for the work done as
well as for the resources spent in managing the dispute. In such an
event, A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute reserves the right to
charge the client without honoring any discounts that were
previously honored in good faith. Under no circumstances will A to
Z Consultancy and Training Institute be liable for any damages
arising from misrepresentation or misinformation.
o A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute reserves the right to refuse

service to any client, if these are not aligned with our business
operating principles and policies.

o A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute provides its services as is,


without any guarantees on security or other issues leading to loss of
data, sale or reputation. We ensure to the best of our ability that our
systems and servers are protected from hackers, viruses, intruders
and other online and offline problems, however we will not be held
liable for any disruption of services if such situation arises.

o Relationship of A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute with its


suppliers, partners and sub-contractors is of an independent nature.
None of the parties have any power, right or authority to interfere or
bind the other or assume or create any obligation or responsibility,
whether expressed or implied, on behalf of the other or in the other’s
name.

o A to Z Consultancy and Training Institute will not be liable for any


breach of the agreement which is caused by a matter beyond its
reasonable control including but not limited to Act of God, fire,
lightning, explosion, war, disorder, flood, earth quake, industrial
disputes (whether or not involving their employees), extremely
severe weather, or acts of local or central government or other
competent authorities.

Intellectual property:
o All content of this website is a property of A to Z Consultancy and
Training Institute unless otherwise specified. A to Z Consultancy
and Training Institute reserves the right to change the content or
policies without any prior notice.
o The project related copyrights can be transferred to the client at an
additional cost, after the full payment of the project and upon signing
the Certificate of Acceptance. A to Z Consultancy and Training
Institute reserves the rights to refuse the transfer of ownership if
irregular circumstances arise.

Contract

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Services performed by the
company, its employees, agents or sub- coordinators shall be as an independent
contractor and that nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to constitute a
partnership, joint venture, agency relationship or otherwise between the
parties. Also, neither party will use, copy, adapt, alter or part with possession
of any information of the other which is disclosed or otherwise comes into its
possession under or in relation to this Agreement and which is of confidential
nature. Any termination of this agreement shall not affect any accrued rights or
liabilities of the company. The company represents and warrants that it will
provide services with reasonable care and skill.
