1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid

Arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner in this petition challenges the inaction

of the opposite party in complying with the order dated

24.02.2023 passed by this Court in CRLMP No.360 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the

meantime, the I.I.C., Town Police Station, Keonjhar has

already implemented the order dated 24.02.2023 passed

by this Court in CRLMP No.360 of 2023.

5. In such view of the matter, the grievance of the

petitioner has been redressed.
