Method:
In a large non-reactive dish, add orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and pepper. Dip the tuna steaks i
the marinade to coat. Refrigerate the dish for at least 30 minutes after wrapping it in plastic wrap.
Preheat an outside grill to high heat and grease the grate liberally. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and shake off the excess
