Below are the activities and events record during the twenty-four (24) hours tour of duty.

0630H  Security Officers Jessie Yuson and Christian


Masangkay conduct briefing on security
formation for inspection of uniforms and
discussed concerning safety and security.
Reminder to all personnel of proper service
according to building management standards.
0732H, 1336H  Tower 1 roving guard dayshift Paguigan Orlando
1705H inspected the following:
Air handling unit rooms, building intelligence
rooms, machine rooms, electrical rooms, fire exit
stairwell tower 1 ground floor to level 39 and Completed
perimeter area.
0800H  Security Officer Jessie Yuson conducts inspection
of all staff while performing their duties. See to it
that all personnel adhere to the company rules
and regulations and to report in writing any
violation.
0935H  Roving guard Paguigan Orlando assisted IEEI
contractor to open machine at level 18 tower 1
for preventive maintenance of passenger
elevator #23 to 26. Approved by Asst. Chief Engr.
Cedrick Nepomuceno.
1000H  All security staff are reminded to be alert,
anything suspicious that is noticed in the area will
be reported to the duty security officer. Respond
and submit incident/observation reports for
acknowledgment and action.
1015H  Roving guard Paguigan Orlando assisted Ms.
Lilian Aspiras and Rhea Joy of BIR personnel to
deliver a letter of authority for Standard Completed
Insurance. Approved by Admin Assistant Julie
Ann.
1035H  Roving guard Ruda Andro assisted Ms. Cheska
Charito and Mr. Nestor Guzman to Punong Bayan
for Audit. Approved by Admin Assistant Julie Ann.
1043H  Roving guard Ruda Andro assisted IEEI contractor
to open machine room at level 29 tower 2 for
preventive maintenance. Approved by Asst. Chief
Engr. Cedrick Nepomuceno.
1100H  Roving guard Paguigan Orlando was stand-by at
level 3 lobby area for monitoring all employees in
the area and the Shangri-La VIPs who are
conducting a walkthrough inspection with PMO
Managers.
1143H  Roving guard Ruda Andro assisted Mr. Jessie
Mamuzno of Makati City Hall to deliver a letter
for Grand Premium. Approved by Admin
Assistant Julie Ann.
1200H  Security Officer Jessie Yuson was reminding all
patrols to report any abnormalities observed on
all equipment installed in the building and
protect all sensitive information of The Enterprise
Center to maintain its prestige and good interest
to the public.
1200H  Arrival of VIP's Sir Andrew den Oudsten, Sir
Miguel Feuermann and Sir Joseph Salting for
walkthrough inspection at The Enterprise Center
assisted by PMO Managers.
0727H, 1043H  Tower 2 roving guard dayshift Ruda Andro
1411H, 1703H inspected the following:
Air handling unit rooms, building intelligence
rooms, electrical rooms, fire exit stairwells tower
2 ground floors to level 29 and perimeter area.
1300H  Alert thru radio the lobby guard to remind about
the presence of vehicles staying at the driveway
area. Did not allow parking in the said area.
Advise/assist the driver to park the vehicle in the
basement area.
 Roving guard Ruda Andro assisted Mr. Marvin
1459H Gatpandan from Makati City Hall for inspection
of Auxiliary Occupant Permit. Approved by Admin
Assistant Julie Ann.
 Basement roving guard dayshift Tallod Rodel
0746H, 1451H inspected the following:
1721H Electrical rooms, diesel room, fire pump room,
domestic tank and fire exit stairwell from
basement 1 to basement 7.
 Roving guard Tallod Rodel assisted Servcom
1241H contractor to open electrical room at basement 1
tower 2 for tracing of supply fan. Approved by
ACE Cedrick Nepomuceno.
 Tower 1 roving guard nightshift Jose Bondad
1932H, 2201H inspected the following:
0236H,0500H Air handling unit rooms, building intelligence
rooms, machine rooms, electrical rooms, fire exit
stairwell tower 1 ground floor to level 39 and
perimeter area.
 Tower 1 roving guard nightshift Jose Bondad
2245H opened the escalator at tower 2 requested by
housekeeping subject for cleaning. Approved by
Engineer Jay Lloyd Claud. Turn off 2248H
 Tower 2 roving guard nightshift Jose Bondad
2149H opened the escalator at tower 1 requested by
housekeeping subject for cleaning. Approved by
Engineer Jay Lloyd Claud. Turn off 2313H.
 Tower 2 roving guard nightshift Jose Bondad
2355H responded/verify the free alarm at level 10 tower
1 Marketrole. Sinotech contractor conducted
dusty works.
 Tower 2 roving guard nightshift Elbert Ambito
1932H, 2254H inspected the following:
0214H,0545H Air handling unit rooms, building intelligence,
electrical rooms, fire exit stair wells Tower 2
ground floor to Level 29 and perimeter area.
 Basement roving guard nightshift Mario Condino
1926H, 2307H inspected the following:
0342H,0513H Electrical rooms, diesel room, fire pump room,
domestic tank and fire exit stairwells basement 1
to 7.
 Perimeter roving guard nightshift Michael Borja
conduct inspection of building perimeter area:
1927H, 2044H Perimeter lights, Signage’s, Delarosa access road,
2241H, 0123H Delarosa side, Paseo entrance side and Ayala

from ceiling at L24T1 FCR ·
1015H  Replaced busted light at L18T1 MCR and Door
knob at L23T1 MCR ·
1045H  Adjusted water pressure at L04T1 PWD CR.
1100H  Replaced busted light at L16T2 FCR
1100H  Conducted and adjusted Thermostat serving FCU
at L04T2 DELTA SPACE due to hot temperature
reported. ·
1115H  Replaced busted light at L04T1 Food Court ·
1130H  Installed detached letter "E" Signage at L03T1
Ayala side signage. · 2PM Replaced defective
concealed hinges door closer at L04T1 Food
Court. ·
0230H  Replaced busted emergency light at L26T2 and
L23T2 SE Side and Fire EXIT Staircase. ·
1500H  Assisted SERVCOM Contractor conducted
troubleshooting of SF B01T2 running operation in
auto mode, done. ·
1530H  Rectified Main Door handle at L22T1 DBS Bank. ·
1600H  Replaced low battery of urinal at L26T2 MCR. ·
1615H  Replaced busted emergency light at B04T2
1630H  Installed detached letter "D" Signage at
Basement Parking signage. ·
1700H  Fixed Ceiling manhole at L04T2 DELTA SPACE. ·

 Replaced busted EXIT Light at L17T1 SE Side. ·

 Conducted inspection of newly installed Grease
trap at L25T2 STARCOM.

Preventive Maintenance of L02T1 AHU Room.

 Conducted Testing of ENS Audio and Camera at
B04T1 and B05T1 due to video loss and schedule
for TISSI Inspection. ·

 Done Troubleshoot grounded circuit homerun of
Fan Motor of CT05 Cell 01-03 along with
BBP/CMR Contractor at L29T2. The unit is back to
normal. ·
 Monitored CRV Contractor conducted AHU

Preventive Maintenance at L02T1, L11T2 and
L12T2 AHU Room. ·
