“Commerce Connect (TradeExpo)”

“Commerce Connect” is a Trade-Expo event designed to serve as a platform for

students to gain practical insights into various industries and businesses, bridging
the gap between academia and the real world. This exposure can help them make
informed career choices and develop a better understanding of market trends.

Event will be conducted in 2 formats (1st and 2nd December)

● Commercial Trading: Game Zone/ Hand Made Art & Craft/ Food Item (Non-Gas
Cooking), Beverages Selling.
● Business Lean Canvas Modelling

Guidelines for Conduction of Trade Fair Events

● Students are required to submit their names to the faculty coordinator
department-wise.
● Categories of stalls Include Game Zone/ Hand Made Art & Craft/ Food Item
Preparation (Non-Gas Cooking) & Selling, Beverages Selling.
● A team consists of a maximum of 4 members.
● Each team or individual will be assigned one Kiosk (Chargeable @1000 for 2
days ) with 2 tables & 2 chairs and an electricity facility.
● Participants need to book their stalls by paying an amount (1000 rs.) which is
non refundable in case of cancellation of registration.
● The last date for stall booking is 19th November 2023. Stalls will be
assigned to participants on a first-come-first-serve basis.
● Participants have to submit the data related to the cost which occurs in your
business like cost of raw material, wages, rent, transportation exp. , packaging
and promotional expenses and any other expenses (Specified that particular
exp.).
● Decision of the Expert panel would be final.

● Students are required to submit their names to the faculty coordinator

department-wise.
● Each team can consist of a maximum of 4 members.
● Students can present their ideas by using this format.
