CORPORATE POLICY
Quality Policy
We at C.Lal, Manufacturer of Bright Steel Bars & Wires are committed for enbancement in
customer satisfaction, by delivering the best quality product on time. We shall achieve this
by continual improvement in our Quality Management system and close involvement of all
employees and business associates.
Anti- Bribery Policy
It our policy to conduct all our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero
tolerance to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally fairly and with
integrity in our own business dealings and relationship while enforcing effective system to
counter bribery.
Ethics Escalation Policy ( Whistle - Blowing Policy)
Every Employee of a C.Lal Bright company shall promptly report to the management, when she
becomes aware of any actual or possible violation of the code or and event of misconduct , act
misdemeanor or act not in the company's interest. Such reporting shall be made available to
suppliers and partners, too.
Any C.Lal employee can choose to make a protected disclosure under the whistle blower policy
of the company, providing for reporting to the chairperson or specified authority. Such a
protected disclosure shall be forwarded, when there is reasonable evidence to conclude that a
violation is possible or has take place, with a covering letter, which may bear the identity of
the whistle blower.
Employee Code Of Conduct
The Code of Conduct expresses C.Lal commitment to conducting business ethically. It explains
what it means to act with integrity and transparency in everything we do and in accordance
with our unique culture and values.
