1. Identify the elements of work (performances) in each working unit (departments) in the hospital
or health center. 10%
2. Identify the standards of performance (work) for each working unit (departments) in the
hospital or health center. (20%)
3. Prepare checklist that helps you to confirm quality standards for each working unit
(departments) in the hospital or health center. (20%)
4. Confirm capability to meet quality standards (requirements) by applying techniques to confirm
quality standards. E.g. data collection through inspection. (20%)
5. Prepare standard report. (15%)
6. Present your report for your group or entire class depending on department schedule. 10%
7. Submit your document for the department. 5%
