legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Victorias City, Negros Occidental, to be my true and attorney-in-fact,
and in my name, place and stead and to perform the following acts and things, namely:

1. To follow up on, transact, and manage all affairs and matters regarding my house located in

2. To follow up on, transact, and process all documents and papers regarding my PAG-IBIG
loan in relation to said house;
