CCLPEC is a professional manufacturer of Truck/Train/ISO Tank loading arm and Metering system, Marine loading
arm, Gangway and Quick release hook.
CCLPEC is the subsidiary of FURUISE which is the Chinese Stock listed company and the products include ISO tank,
LNG cylinder, LNG Marine vessel, Regasification skid and so on. The products of FURUISE group covers the whole
LNG industry chain.
For the loading skid and control system, especially for LNG loading skid we share more than 85% in China
domestic market. We have worked for more than 20 LNG Receiving Terminals in China.

Since CCLPEC delivered the first skid in Y2013, now there are more than 1000 sets of our LNG loading skid servicing
our client worldwide. We are honored to supply 12 sets LNG ISO tank loading skid and SCADA system (including
weighbridge and accessories) for Bintulu project in Malaysia in Y2019, 2 sets of LNG double Truck loading skid for
Pengerang project in Malaysia in Y2020, and 2 sets LNG ISO tank metering and loading skid for Durango, Mexico in
Y2021.
We not only provide LNG metering and loading skid, we also can provide the local control system and SCADA
system for the loading station. All the control system and loading skids will realize the automatic quantitative
truck/ISO tank filling and queue system to help the operator and driver to save time and reduce maloperation. The
friendly interface on the local controller (batch controller) will display the loading process and guide the operator
to load the tank. CCLPEC modified the LNG Loading Control System for CNPC Dalian and Jiangsu LNG receiving
terminal in China, which improved the loading efficiency and shorten the loading time.

boundary area, include:
LNG loading arms, include breakaway couplings, liquid arms, vapor return arms etc.
Metering skid, includes pipelines, frames, pressure gauge, ball valves, check valves, flow control valves, mass
flow meter, safety valves, shutdown valves etc.
Local control system, includes batch controller, explosion-proof junction box, earthing/ground device and

5 Technical Description
The mechanical part of rigid loading arm is mainly composed of the Riser, Inboard arm, Outboard arm, Spring
Cylinder Balance System and Locking System, breakaway coupling, dry break coupler (optional), N2 purging line,
swivel joint (with N2 dry line) and the vapor return arm.
The swivel joint applied the dynamic seal technology which is applied on the liquid. Avoid deformation or da
mage to the seal surface.
The swivel joint is the key component and Changlong owned the patent of it. The swivel joint is widely used
in loading arm.
The steel balls installed at different raceways can afforded higher bending moment and strength. The swivel
joint’s working life could be extended.
The steel balls are inserted from the end of the ring instead from the radius. Convenient for the
maintenance.
The balance system can be adjusted to keep balance according to actual situation.
The arms shall be counter balanced by compression spring assembly, torsion spring box.
The arm shall stay in balancing state at any place in working range.
The coupling is installed on the outboard arm of truck loading arm. It can effectively prevent pipeline from
damage in emergency and prevent pull away accidents, protects terminal and loading/unloading equipment and
eliminated unwanted products release.
When pulled off, the coupling can automatically close in a very short moment to prevent LNG from leaking.
In case of emergency, it is no necessary to disconnect the arms connected to the LNG tank truck, the driver
can directly and the coupling will automatically break away and close to ensure safety.
Dry break coupler has automatic sealing mechanism, the end of pipeline can be sealed when connection between
loading arm and tanker is accidentally disconnected. When female end of dry-break coupler (on loading arm)
connects to male end (on tanker), the valve inside dry-break coupler is still closed, until a further rotation, the
valve opens, loading operation can be carried out. When male and female end of dry break coupler are separated,
valves at both ends will automatically closed, thereby
achieving a leak-free loading operation.
The LNG loading and metering skid integrates controller, process pipeline and instruments into one skid. The skid
is mainly composed of liquid pipeline, vapor pipeline, venting pipeline, liquid collecting pipeline, cold circulation
line, nitrogen purging line and instrument airline.
The LNG liquid pipeline is usually equipped with flowmeter, flow control valve, pneumatic shut-off valve, pressure
transmitter, temperature transmitter, and then connected to LNG rigid loading arm. The vapor return pipeline is
usually equipped with pneumatic shut-off valve, pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter, and then
connected to vapor return arm. And both the liquid pipeline and vapor return pipeline are equipped with safety
valves to release the pressure in system. The system is also equipped with electrostatic alarm controller and
grounding devices to ensure reliable grounding during filling. The specialized LNG batch controller is installed for
collecting all the signals of control valve, flowmeter, pressure and temperature transmitters, grounding to monitor
the filling progress and perform actions according to the process and business requirements.

to be discussed in detail engineering design stage.

1) CCLPEC will provide quality guarantee: the warranty period will be 18 months from the date of delivery or 12
months from the date of receiving, whichever is earlier.
2) Any damage caused by the quality of the equipment itself during the warranty period. We shall be
responsible for repairing free of charge until the performance meets the requirements.
3) Periodic calling for feedback during the warranty period: once or twice every year, clients can feedback the
conditions of our products and give evaluations to us, we will keep the feedback and attach it to the user
files, as the reference material for future maintenance.
5) Aftersales service time: clients can contact us at any time via real-time telephone for emergency
maintenance and email for normal maintenance, we will response within 12hours or arrange maintenance
team within 48 hours.
