    OHS POLICY

    ATHEEL. affirms its commitment for continual improvement in OHS Performance to provide a safe
    and healthy work place for all its employees and associates. The Company ensures that its operations are
    carried out in a manner that protects the Health & Safety and community in general.

    The objective of the policy shall be achieved at all our work areas by:

    • Complying with all applicable Legal and other Requirements related to OHS system.

    • Ensuring employee compliance through mandatory safety training & programs on health, safety
    & environment awareness.

    • Making the Employees responsible & accountable for all health, safety and OHS issues.

    • Minimization of waste generation.

    • Create OHS awareness amongst all our employees / business associates, and also make them
    aware of their roles & responsibilities.

    • Timely review of Objectives & targets to ensure the implementation of policy

    • This policy shall be regularly reviewed and is communicated to all persons working for or on
    behalf of the organization and is made available to the public.
