BNSAT MECHANISM FOR MONITORING WORK-FROM-HOME ATTENDANCE

BNSAT’s mechanism for monitoring Work-From-Home Attendance as attachment to the


Individual Workweek Accomplishment Report (IWAR) will be done through Google Forms.

BNSAT Teachers are required to have the following:

• Smartphone
• Timestamp Camera (Download at Play Store or App Store)
• Gmail Account
• Internet Connection

DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL ON YOUR SMARTPHONE THE TIMESTAMP CAMERA:

PROCEDURES IN FILLING OUT THE GOOGLE FORMS:


1. Teachers will follow the link according to which department they belong to:
• Junior High School Department: bit.ly/BNSATWFHJHS
• Senior High School Department and Non-Teaching Staff: bit.ly/BNSATWFHSHS

2. Sign-in the Gmail account by entering their email address and password.
3. Choose if it’s for Time-in or Time-out in the morning/afternoon, then click NEXT.

Take note of the following time:

TIME IN (AM) : 7:00AM – 8:00 AM


TIME OUT (AM) : 11:30AM – 12:00PM

TIME IN (PM) : 12:20PM – 1:00PM


TIME OUT (PM) : 4:30PM – 5:00PM

For teachers who will render 6 hours on site and


will work from home for the remaining 2 hours,
just choose Time-In and Time-Out for PM.

4. Teachers will type their Name and choose their position from the list, then click SUBMIT.

5. If it is for Time-out in the afternoon, teachers are required to attach a picture and type their
accomplishment(s) of the day, then click SUBMIT.

(Note: Pictures to attach must be


coming from the Timestamp
Camera application which has been
installed earlier. The photo must
have a complete time and date of
capture. Minimum of atleast 1
picture and a maximum of 5
pictures to attach.)
HOW TO UPLOAD/ATTACH A PICTURE?
1. Click “Add File”

2. Click “Select files from your device”.

3. Choose the picture(s) saved from your photo album. Make sure to choose the pictures
taken with the Timestamp Camera Application. After you attached a picture, click SUBMIT.
For teachers without or unable to access to the internet due to some uncontrollable
circumstances, they must follow these procedures:
1. Open/Go to the link: bit.ly/BNSATWFHLateUpload

2. Sign-in the Gmail account by entering their email address and password.

3. Teachers will type their valid reason why they did not time-in and time-out on the day they
were working from home. Then, click NEXT.

4. Type the date when did they work from home. Make sure to follow the format (Month,
Day, Year) – Example: March 1, 2021.
5. Type the Full Name, then choose the Position from the Drop-down list. Type the
accomplishments done that day and upload/attach a picture of the accomplishment(s).

6. After all required fields have been filled-out, click SUBMIT.
