This app aims at making food catering to school students, a

hassle-free process. We have given the details and guide to

using the app on the following pages. This app is available

for both Android and iOS users.

Our App gives a Digital solution for canteens at Schools.

How does this digital solution benefit the students, parents and the
management?
STUDENTS

Students can have a cash-less transaction.

Though our process is digital, the student does

not need an electronic device.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW WILL I REGISTER IN THE APP?


Download the app from the app store/play store and enter your mobile number. While entering your name

avoid using Special characters and enter only your first name.

SHOULD I MAINTAIN MINIMUM BALANCE?


No, you don't have to maintain any minimum balance in your wallet. Any desirable amount can be added to

the wallet.

CAN I POST FEEDBACK?


Yes, there is a feedback option for the parents to post their suggestions and queries regarding the order.

HOW WILL I GET KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED ?
You can check how much money has been deducted from your wallet. Go to the homepage, click on Menu

and select My Orders, where you can check all the orders made by your child and the current balance of
your wallet.

HOW TO SET LIMIT FOR MONEY TO BE SPENT IN A PARTICULAR DAY?


Parents can set the maximum spending limit for their children.

IS THERE ANY SPENDING LIMIT FOR A PARTICULAR DAY?


The school management has permitted a Rs.200 spend for each day.

CAN I CHANGE THE SPEND LIMIT?


Yes, you can change the limit.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE SPEND LIMIT?


To change the limit go to Homepage -> click the menu -> go to My Account -> Edit Profile -> you will have

the maximum spend limit option at the end of the page. Set the limit and click Update. This option
requires you to change the spend limit on the subsequent day back to the original spend limit of Rs.200.

Parents can view the menu in the homepage.

CAN I ADD MORE PROFILES IN THE SAME ACCOUNT?
Yes, you can add more profiles in one account.

HOW WILL I ADD MORE PROFILES IN THE SAME ACCOUNT?


Go to Homepage -> click Menu -> click My Account ->click Add Profile. Now you have to enter the

details of your another profile and click Save.

SHOULD I LOGIN EVERY TIME WHILE OPENING THE APP?


No, the user is not required to log in every-time they open the app. If you logout of the account, you

have to login again.

IS THIS FEATURE SAFE FOR PAYMENTS?


Yes, we use Airpay as our payment gateway which is an authorised payment gateway that guarantees

safety and security for your payments.

WHAT IF MY CHILD LOSES THE ID CARD?


In case your child loses the ID, a replacement will be provided by the school management at an

additional cost.

HOW WILL MY CHILD ORDER FOOD IF HE/SHE LOSES THE ID CARD?


The child has to report to the class teacher for which the class teacher will issue a letter with the

parent's registered phone number. This enables the caterer to use the wallet on approval for the said

amount.

CAN MY CHILD EXCEED THE SPEND LIMIT AFTER GETTING THE LETTER?
The child can use the letter for only the permissible limit of Rs.200, unless otherwise the limit has been

changed by the parent.

IN CASE MY CHILD IS HAVING A BIRTHDAY CAN I INCREASE HIS/HER MAXIMUM SPENDING?


Yes, You can increase the spending limit of your child above the standard limit set by the management.

IN CASE MY CHILD IS HAVING A BIRTHDAY HOW WILL I INCREASE HIS/HER MAXIMUM SPENDING?
Go to My Account -> Edit profile -> Maximum spending limit and increase the spending limit of your child.

IF THE SPEND LIMIT IS RS.200 AND MY CHILD WANTS TO EAT MORE FROM THE CANTEEN, CAN THEY BUY?
No, Your child cannot order food if they have reached the maximum spend limit set by the school

management.

WILL THIS APP BE USEFUL TO VIEW WHAT MY CHILD ATE?


Yes, you can see what your child has ordered for the day.

HOW CAN I VIEW WHAT MY CHILD ATE?


Go to Menu -> My Orders. Here you can see the items ordered by your child on that day

WHAT TO DO IF APP DOES NOT INSTALL?


No worries! You can contact the canteen staff about any queries related to the app. Or just write to

ambience.gourmet3@gmail.com for any queries. Else you can contact the customer Support on
9344643085.

CAN I WITHDRAW THE AMOUNT FROM THE WALLET?


Yes, you can withdraw amount from your wallet. In the Homepage go to Menu -> My account ->

Wallet -> Withdraw Amount. The money will be refunded to your account in 5 to 7 business days.
WHAT IF THE CANTEEN STAFF HAS BILLED AN EXTRA FOOD ITEM BY MISTAKE?
For such issues you can contact the canteen management. Or you can write to them at

ambience.gourmet3@gmail.com.

DOES THE SAME WALLET APPLY FOR ALL MY CHILDREN?


Yes, you can use the same wallet for all your children.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO GIVE FEEDBACK ABOUT A PARTICULAR ORDER?


Yes, you can give feedbacks about your order. Go to Menu -> My orders -> Write A Review. Here you

can rate your food item and share any remarks about the same.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE ANY DOUBTS ABOUT A PARTICULAR OPTION IN THE MENU?
In case of any doubts regarding an option, You are provided with an info page. Click the (i) symbol

on top of the page to get the details about the options.

HOW DO I ADD AMOUNT OR RECHARGE THE WALLET?


To recharge your wallet go to Homepage and click Menu -> click My account -> click wallet and enter

the amount -> click proceed. After which your are provided with different payment gateways, select a

gateway and complete the transaction.

CAN I CHECK MY PREVIOUS RECHARGE DETAILS?


Yes, you can check your recharge history. Go to Menu -> My Account - > Wallet -> View Recharge

Detail. Here you can check the recharge amount, date recharged, previous and current wallet

balance.

FOR ANY QUERIES REGARDING THE APP INSTALLATION WHO DO I CONTACT?


If you have any doubts regarding the app, You can contact the number:9344643085 . Parents are
requested to call from 10 am to 7pm on Monday to Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.

WILL THE FULL RECHARGE AMOUNT REFLECT IN THE WALLET?


No. There will be a payment portal charge deduction of up to 2%+GST (18%) for all recharges
done by you, using Indian Mastercard/Visa credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI.

There will be a deduction of 3%+GST(18%) for all recharges done with American Express cards or
international (non-Indian) credit/debit cards.

HOW DO I UPLOAD THE PROFILE PICTURE?


Take a picture of your child and save it to your gallery. To set the profile picture go to Homepage and

click Menu -> click My Account -> click Edit Profile and select the camera symbol. Here select a

picture of your child from your gallery instead of taking a live picture.
