Hello, my name is Sahil Kumar Kamboj, and I am excited to share my story with you. I am a Mechanical Engineer
who graduated from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology with a specialization in Manufacturing
Engineering. During my time at the university, I had two industrial training periods at ISGEC in the years 2017-18
and 2019-20, which gave me an opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.

After completing my graduation, I received a campus placement at Mahindra and Mahindra Swaraj Unit. I was
initially unsure if I should join the company or not since my interest was more in teaching and researching.
However, after careful consideration, I decided to join the company. I found the environment at Mahindra and
Mahindra to be very friendly and creative, and I knew I could grow as an engineer in this environment.

I began my journey at Mahindra and Mahindra as a GAT in the Manufacturing Department under the guidance
of Udit Bhatnagar. My first project was to shift the tool store, and I also worked on other projects like capital
expenditure and budgeting, layout making, data compiling for the new plant, PF04 packaging plan, and 3PL
compilation. This period was a great learning experience for me, and it gave me an opportunity to apply my
theoretical knowledge to practical problems.

Later on, I got onboard in the Stores Department as an Assistant Manager. My role was to handle the receiving
store, and it was a challenging but fulfilling task. The job required me to work with the receiving team to ensure
that all materials were delivered on time and efficiently. This role gave me a chance to interact with different
departments, and I learned how teamwork and collaboration are critical to the success of any organization.

One of the things I appreciate about Mahindra and Mahindra is the work culture. It is a company that values
teamwork, smart work, creativity, friendly environment, learning, and honesty. These values have helped me
develop as an engineer and as an individual. I have been fortunate to work alongside some incredibly talented
people who have supported me and taught me new skills.

In conclusion, I feel grateful for the opportunities I have had at Mahindra and Mahindra. As an engineer, I am
continually learning and growing, and I am excited to see where my career takes me. Mahindra and Mahindra
is an excellent company for both freshers and experienced professionals. I am fortunate to be a part of this
organization, and I am excited to see where my journey takes me in the future.
