Appendix A7 - TRAINING PLAN 1.

The tenderer shall provide a comprehensive training plan for its own staff in support of the project. As a
minimum, the training plan shall address the following: - • The process used in order to identify
competency gaps for all disciplines and job categories; • Identify a development plan to close
competency gaps for all disciplines and job categories; 2. Tenderer shall provide details of all mandatory
training requirements for the various trades and all other job categories within the workforce to ensure
competency assurance. 3. Tenderer to provide details of how it intends to provide continuous on HSE
training for its staff. Tenderer shall provide an outline of the proposed training programmes and
methods of delivery in support of its proposal. 4. Tenderer shall provide a detailed training schedule,
including course titles and competency levels, which supports the manpower planning requirements,
linked by dates and dependencies, to the project master schedule requested. 5. Tenderer shall provide a
comprehensive training plan for Newcross EP trainee engineers seconded to the Tenderer’s organization
for the Engineering design works and construction phase.
