PARKING CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Parking Contract Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Friday, September 29, 2023], by and
between:

[Navneethan Veluppillai], hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," and

[__________________________], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee."

1. PARKING SPACE DESCRIPTION

The Owner agrees to provide the Licensee with the use of the following parking space(s) (the "Parking
Space"):

Duration: [Friday, September 29, 2023] to [June 30,2024], unless terminated earlier per the terms of this
Agreement.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 Term: This Agreement is valid from the Start Date specified above and will continue until the End
Date unless terminated earlier per the terms of this Agreement.

2.2 Payment: The Licensee agrees to pay the Owner the sum of [Monthly] parking fee of $[100] in
advance on or before the [1st of the month] of each payment period. Payment shall be made to [,
electronic transfer], payable to Owner.

2.3 Parking Rules: The Licensee agrees to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the Owner
regarding parking on the premises, including the following:
Authorized Users Only: Only individuals or vehicles authorized by the parking contract are allowed to
use the parking space. Unauthorized use may result in towing or fines.

Assigned Parking: If parking spaces are assigned, specify that each user is only allowed to park in their
designated space.

1. Hours of Operation: Specify the hours during which the parking area is available for use.

2. No Overnight Parking: If overnight parking is not allowed, make it clear in the rules.

3. Payment: Outline the payment schedule, accepted payment methods, and consequences for
late payments.
4. Visitor Parking: If applicable, specify where visitors should park and any time limits for visitor
parking.

5. Towing Policy: Explain the towing policy for vehicles that violate the rules. This includes the
contact information of the towing company and the associated fees. [Licensee’s Responsibility]

6. Accessible Parking: Ensure compliance with accessibility laws by designating accessible parking
spaces and specifying that they are for individuals with valid disability permits only.

7. Maintenance and Repairs: Prohibit any vehicle maintenance or repairs within the parking area.

8. Prohibited Activities: List activities that are not allowed in the parking area, such as littering,
loitering, or playing loud music.

9. Vehicle Size and Type: Specify if there are restrictions on the size or type of vehicles allowed
(e.g., no commercial vehicles, trailers, or recreational vehicles).

10. Storage Limitations: Clarify that the parking space is for temporary storage of vehicles and not
for long-term storage or as a primary residence.

11. No Abandoned Vehicles: Include a rule that abandoned vehicles will be towed at the Licensee's
expense.

12. Insurance Requirements: If required, specify the minimum insurance coverage for vehicles using
the parking space.

13. Not Responsible for Theft or Damage: Make it clear that the property owner is not responsible
for theft or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

14. Security Measures: Outline any security measures in place, such as surveillance cameras or

15. Emergency Access: Ensure there are clear pathways for emergency vehicles, and vehicles must
not block fire lanes or hydrants. [Licensee’s Responsibility]

16. Renewal and Termination: Explain the process for renewing the parking contract and the
conditions under which it may be terminated.

17. Notification of Changes: Specify that the property owner will provide reasonable notice ( 1
Month) of any changes to the rules or terms of the parking contract.

2.4 Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other
party with at least [1 Month] days' notice. The Licensee remains responsible for any outstanding fees or
damages to the Parking Space until the termination date.

2.5 Liability and Insurance: The Licensee is responsible for any damage caused to the Parking Space or
surrounding property by their vehicle. The Licensee is advised to maintain adequate vehicle insurance
coverage and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any liability arising from vehicle damage or
accidents on the premises.

3. ACCESS

The Licensee shall have access to the Parking Space during the designated hours of operation, subject to
the rules and regulations set forth by the Owner.

4. SIGNATURES

Both parties have read and understood this Agreement and voluntarily agree to its terms and
conditions.
