You are hereby commanded that within thirty (30) days after the service of
this Writ on you, inclusive of the day of such service, you do cause an
appearance to be entered for you in an action at the suit of MR. JOHNSON
OLANIYI OSOBU and take notice that in default of your so doing the
Claimant may proceed therein, and judgment may be given in your absence.

NB: This writ is to be served within six calendar months from the date
thereof, or if renewed, within 3 (three) months from the date of the last
renewal, including the day of such date, and not afterwards.

The Defendant may enter appearance personally or by Legal Practitioner

either by handing in the appropriate forms, duly competed, at the Registry of
the High Court of the Judicial Division in which the action is brought or by
sending them to the registry by registered post or by electronic means.

INDORSEMENT

The Claimant’s claim against the Defendants is for:

(a)(i) A declaration that the Claimant is entitled to the possession of all that
parcel of land located within Riveria Estate, Itako/Olowofela Village,
Obafemi Owode Local Government and particularly edged red and
described as BLK G2 Plot 1 on survey plan No. ON/OG/1381/2001
drawn by Onyekwere Njoku registered surveyor;

(a)(ii) An Order granting possession to the Claimant of all that parcel of land
located within Riveria Estate, Itako/Olowofela Village, Obafemi Owode
Local Government and particularly edged red and described as BLK G 2
Plot 1 on survey plan No. ON/OG/1381/2001 drawn by Onyekwere
Njoku registered surveyor;

(a)(iii)An order of perpetual injunction restraining the Defendants, their

agents, privies, successor in title or howsoever described, from entering
upon or retaining possession of all that parcel of land located within
Riveria Estate, Itako/Olowofela Village, Obafemi Owode Local
Government and particularly edged red and described as BLK G 2 Plot 1
on survey plan No. ON/OG/1381/2001 drawn by Onyekwere Njoku
registered surveyor;
IN THE ALTERNATIVE

(b)(i) An order of specific performance for the Claimant to be put in exclusive
possession of all that parcel of land located within Riveria Estate,
Itako/Olowofela Village, Obafemi Owode Local Government and
particularly edged red and described as BLK G 2 Plot 1 on survey plan
No. ON/OG/1381/2001 drawn by Onyekwere Njoku registered
surveyor; or

(b)(ii) In the alternative, an Order of Damages in Lieu of an Order of Specific

Performance for the Claimant to be put in exclusive possession of all
that parcel of land located within Riveria Estate, Itako/Olowofela
Village, Obafemi Owode Local Government and particularly edged red
and described as BLK G2 Plot 1 on survey plan No. ON/OG/1381/2001
drawn by Onyekwere Njoku registered surveyor;
