contracts with the 1st and 2nd Defendants or damages for negligence by Laolu
Martins (deceased) in the handling of their funds or both:

Million, Five Hundred and Thirty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred and
Thirty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred and Twenty-One Naira (N19,
538, 521.00).
b. The 2nd Claimant claims against the Defendants the sum of Twenty-Six
Million, Two Hundred and Seventy-Two Thousand, Seven Hundred
and Eleven Naira (N26, 272, 711.00)
c. The 3rd Claimant claims against the Defendants the sum of Three
Million Naira (N3, 000, 000.00)
