    This report summarizes the results of immunohistochemistry tests on a biopsy sample from a 57-year-old female patient. The HMB-45 test showed positivity in melanocytic cells in the basal layer. The S-100 test showed positivity in cells in the basal cell layer as well as many groups lying in the mid and deep dermis. Based on these results, the opinion is suggestive of acral lentiginous melanoma of the left foot.
