l Question 3

Human resource strategy

The human resource strategy will work closely with the engineering team to understand the
specific skills and knowledge needed to create the robots, then develop recruitment strategies
to attract and hire the best candidates, also the human resource department create a training
and development program that helps employees learn and grow so they can continue to
contribute to the company’s success.

Recruitment and selection this involves creating job descriptions, posting job openings,
screening candidates and interviewing potential employees. Training and development this
include providing employees with necessary skills and knowledge to do their jobs and
offering opportunities for career development. Performance management it involves the
setting of goals measuring process, providing feedback and giving rewards and recognition.
Employee relations this includes creating a positive work environment, resolving conflicts
and promoting employee well-being.

A job description is the document that outline the specific duties, responsibilities and
qualification required for a particular job. Its also include the information about the work
environment, the company culture and the benefits offered to the employees. A well written
job description is an important tool for both the employee and the employer, as it sets clear
explanations for the role. A job description for a role in baby robot company it includes: the
understanding of robotics and engineering principles., experience of working with robotics
hardware and software, the ability to troubleshoot and repair robotics systems and strong
problem-solving skills. Understanding of robotics and engineering principles this means the
ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic principle of robotics, such as
mechanics, electronics and computers science. They should also have a good grasp of
engineering concepts such as design, analysis and testing. This understanding is essential for
successfully creating and maintaining baby robots.

Job specifications are the specific requirements and qualifications that an employee must
meet in order to be considered for a particular role. Bachelor’s degree in engineering,
computer science or a related field. A experience of 3-5 years working in the robots industry.
Demonstrated success in developing and testing robotics systems. Strong problem solving
and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
Machine training is a key part of the development of babby robots. The goal of machine
training is to teach the robot how to perform specific tasks, such as moving around, piking up
objects, or identifying objects and people. This is done through a process of trial and error,
where the robot is given a task attempts to complete it and receives feedback on its
performance. Overtime the robots learns from its mistakes and becomes more efficient at
completing tasks. This training can be done either in a simulated environment.

Multidisciplinary skills are skills that involve knowledge from multiple disciplines, such as
engineering, computer science and psychology. In the context of baby robot’s
multidisciplinary skills are important because they allow the robots to interact with humans in
more natural and intuitive way. For example, the baby robots might need to understand both
engineering principles and human psychology in order to interact with a child in a way that is
engaging and helpful.
