Product Description:

The North Pancake series are flexible and low profile P100 respiratory filters. They are designed to
fit in different tight places. The pancake series provide respiratory protection against aerosol, dusts,
mists, fumes, fibres and other particulates up to 0.3 microns of size, with a 99.97% efficiency level.

Product Certification:

The “Pancake” series is approved by the NIOSH standard, to be used with the North full-face and
half-masks (5500, 7700, 5400, & 7600 series). These “Pancake” filters can be used alone on the
masks or in conjunction with the North chemical cartridges (except 75SC defender series) by the
use of the N750035 adapter. Refer to the NIOSH approval labels for the specific NIOSH
combination number.

Product Certification (continued):

The North “Pancake” series is classified by NIOSH as P100 particulate filters. These filters offer
99.97% protection efficiency against oil and non-oil base particulates and aerosols. Besides, the
75FFP100NL also offers Nuisance Level relief of Organic Vapours, Acid Gases, and Ozone.
Nuisance Level is defined as concentrations below the Permissible Exposure Limit.
