Course Learning Outcomes/Objectives


W1: You will master the importance of supplement safety and explore options for enhancing vital nutrients your
body needs to thrive and continue the mission
W2: You will discover non-traditional avenues of managing your health that enables you to take charge of your
physical and mental well-being
W3: You will learn to focus on what you can control by learning techniques that relieve stress while you are
constantly on the go and amplify your resiliency level.
