(a) Due to the unfortunate prevailing economic uncertainties and their effects on the pricing of the
materials and other services in the market, we regret to state that the quotation cannot be guaranteed
valid beyond the period of 3 weeks from the date of submission. Hence they shall afterwards the
subject to review and amendments.
(b) That in the anticipated event that our proposal is given a favourable consideration,we prefer and
therefore recommend a 2 times payment schedule that is convenient for our client as well as for us.
That is:
 70 % 1st payment at the inception stage (for bulk purchase of materials) which amounts
to N5,250,000
 30 % 2nd payment on completion of the project which amounts to N2,250,000
