Proceedings:

1. The adviser sent the announcement, and the invitation on September

01, 2022.
2. On September 2, 2022, at 1: 00 pm, the parents started to arrive and
filled out the attendance sheet.
3. The meeting started at 1:30 pm.
4. The adviser checked the attendance. Twenty-nine (22) parents of
Grade 11 – ABM and AAD were present during the first few minutes
of the meeting.
5. After the checking of attendance, the meeting proceeded-playing a
prayer by, one of the parents, followed by Lupang Hinirang and
Rehiyon Dose through a video.
6. Introductions were made by the adviser as well as the parents.
7. Grade 12-STEM enrolment status was presented to the parents, as
well as the calendar of activities for the school year 2022-2023.
8. School F2F activities and plans were cooperatively discussed.
9. The election of the officers commenced, and Mrs. Emplamado was
elected as president. He presided over the election. The complete list
of officers is attached to this document.
10. Some parents clarified the needs and improvement of the classroom,
and they opened about donating the lacking items in the classroom.
11. Mrs. Floro and Mrs. Cagunda voluntarily donated five hundred pesos
each (500) for the classroom structuring.
12. Class matters were discussed as well, and parents have some
queries regarding the welfare of the students.
13. The queries were all answered.
14. The students were asked about their vaccination status. They were
also encouraged to get vaccinated.
15. The class adviser reminded the students about the health protocols.
16. The meeting ended with a closing prayer, then a bid of goodbye from
their adviser.
17. The meeting ended at 3:40 pm.
