VI. RATIONALE

The annual regional math wizard and quiz show competitions for the BIPSU-IIEE CSC of Biliran
Province State University will take place on October 20, 2023. Accordingly, the 18th IIEE-CSC
Regional Student Conference is an event in which the BIPSU-IIEE CSC will participate.
Organization officers and chosen members will attend the conference.

In order to serve the needs of the stakeholders in this institution, the BiPSU Institute of Integrated
Electrical Engineers-Student Chapter organization of the School of Engineering aims and desires
to participate in this promising convention. It does so as the leader in promoting broader
knowledge and once-in-a-lifetime experiences among student members nationwide.
Everyone has to deal with stress to varying degrees, especially given the current educational
environment. The fact that quizzers and officers will have the chance to broaden their knowledge,
improve their social skills, and sharpen their critical thinking abilities is one of the best aspects of
this conference.

I. OBJECTIVES

• To uplift the standards of electrical engineering and technology education in the country by
promoting and organization a healthy competition among student members nationwide.

• To unite students from the different parts of the country and network with each for possible
collaborations and strengthen the relationship and camaraderie.

• To share innovative ideas and experiences with fellow Electrical Engineering and Electrical
Technology students across the region.

 The pinnacle pitch on the first day is the 22st IIEE-CSC Regional Math Wizard. The second day
will be the event’s highlight — the 36th IIEE-CSC Regional Quiz Show.

The 18TH IIEE-CSC REGIONAL STUDENT CONFERENCE will be held on October 2023,
at ******,Cebu City participated by the active BIPSU-IIEE CSC qualified students and selected
officers.
