600 g flour
105 g cacao
540g sugar
3tsp vanilla extract

720 ml water It is butter or ghee and egg free.
300 ml vegetable oil It is rich in unsaturated fats.
We used coco powder instead of chocolate which
reduced the fat content of the recipe.
Also using coco powder enriched the recipe with
minerals like iron, magnesium, and antioxidants like
flavonoids which are present in higher content in coco
powder than the regular chocolate which might lose
some of these nutrients during processing.

This recipe is healthy. It can be consumed by either
normal individuals or vegetarian ones.

We may decrease the amount of coco and sugar while maintaining an acceptable
level of sweetness.
