Dear Parent,

Greetings from the Princeton School!

As we continue to navigate the challenges of ensuring a safe and efficient school transport
system, I would like to take a moment to remind all parents and guardians of the
importance of adhering to the rules and regulations we have in place.

Our school transport system is designed to provide a safe and reliable means of
transportation for your children. It is our utmost priority to ensure the well-being of our
students during their journey to and from school. To accomplish this, we kindly request
your cooperation in following the established rules and regulations. By doing so, we can
maintain a safe and orderly environment for all students.

Here are some key points to keep in mind:

Punctuality: Please ensure that your child is ready at the designated pick-up point on
time. Delays in the morning can lead to disruptions in the schedule, affecting all the
students on board. Students will be tracked as per their boarding timings to identify the
cause for delay. All buses are equipped with GPS facility, you can track the bus. If the
student is not attending school, it is the parents responsibililty to inform the transport
incharge the previous day or before 7am.

Respectful Behavior: Kindly remind your child to treat the bus driver, attendant, and fellow
students with respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior can jeopardize the safety and
well-being of all passengers.

Safety Measures: Bus attenders will not be calling and reminding parents to send the
child, however, they will answer your calls if any emergency. They are responsible for the
safety during entry and exit and at times they might not be in a position to attend your
calls. Request parents to contact Transport incharge for any emergency.

Communication: If you have any concerns or need to communicate with the school
regarding transportation matters, please do so through the appropriate channels, such as
the transport incharge or school office. It is important that you avoid engaging in disputes
or confrontations on the bus. Kindly maintain decorum while interacting with school staff.
Parents using foul language and raising their voice will not be tolerated.

Patience: Be patient and understanding if there are occasional delays or unexpected

situations. Our school transport staff are doing their best to provide a safe and reliable
service. The delay mostly occurs due to bad roads, traffic jam and weather condition that
are unavoidable.

Remember that by following these rules and regulations, you are contributing to a safer
and more efficient transportation experience for all students. Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated.

We understand that ensuring your child's safety and well-being is a top priority for all
parents, and we share that commitment. By working together, we can make the school
transport system a more secure and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. If you have any questions or
concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Transport incharge,
Mr. Thirumalesh- 9108404982 and we will be happy to assist you.

Warm Regards,

Principal
