If all keys are erased, at least two keys must be programmed for the engine to
start. (this can include existing keys)
There is an "Add" key option, which will only add to the existing memory
To be safe you should always take 2 keys to site, just in case keys are
accidentally deleted.

Presetting SILCA GTI

A Silca GTI transponder can be preset to D63 for use with this vehicle. This can be
performed using:

RW4 via the PC TRP setting program included with the Silca Remote Service software
(GTIW)
Smart Aerial on Smart Pro Transponder application (GTIW)
RW5 direct on device or via My Keys Pro phone App (GTIPro)
Smart Aerial + via My Keys Pro phone App (GTIPro)

Adding a 3rd key manually

You must have two working keys to perform this procedure.
Insert an existing (working) key into the ignition cylinder.
Turn the ignition cylinder ON (RUN) and back to OFF. Ignition should stay on for at
least ONE SECOND.
Remove the existing key and, within TEN seconds, insert a second working key and
turn it to ON (RUN) and the back OFF. Ignition must be in ON for at least ONE
second, but no more than TEN seconds. Remove the key.
Insert the new key before TWENTY seconds have elapsed and turn it to ON (RUN).
Leave it the ON position for at least ONE second and turn back to OFF.
The security light will light up for THREE seconds to indicate that the new key has
been successfully programmed.

Remote programming procedure

Close all doors so that conflicting audible warnings do not sound when carrying out
remote programming
Switch ignition ON 4 times within 6 seconds
Switch ignition OFF
Programming mode activated for approximately 10 seconds (audible warning will
sound)
Press and release any button on the first remote
An audible warning will sound indicating successful programming
After the first key has been programmed the 10 second programming mode
automatically starts again for the next key
Repeat to program additional remotes
To exit programming mode switch the ignition ON or wait 10 seconds after the last
remote has been added.
Maximum of 4 remotes can be programmed
