I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my serious concern and
distress over an incident that occurred at your library, which has left me deeply troubled and
violated. It has come to my attention that a person named Munmun Buragohain, who was
present in the library, recorded a video of myself and my male friend without our consent while
we were reading a article on my mobile device in the Light Reading Corner.

First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that at no point during our time in the library did
we engage in any inappropriate or obscene activity. We were simply reading an article at that
moment in a public space provided for such activities, expecting to do so in a peaceful and
private manner.

The unauthorized video recording by Munmun Buragohain from 4th year represents a blatant
breach of our privacy and a violation of our fundamental rights. It is deeply distressing to think
that our personal moments were captured without our knowledge or consent. Such an act not
only invades our privacy but also raises serious ethical and legal concerns.

My primary concern now is the potential misuse of this video. If it were to be uploaded to a
website or any other platform that is accessible to the public, it could have severe consequences
for both my future and that of my female friend. This incident could negatively impact my job
prospects, reputation, relationships, and even our future professional lives.

Given the gravity of this situation, I kindly request that the administration take prompt and
appropriate action to address this matter. I urge you to Investigate the incident thoroughly to
ascertain the extent of the breach of privacy and identify any possible dissemination of the
recorded video. Take all necessary steps to ensure the video is removed from any online
platforms, if it has been uploaded. Implement stricter security measures within the
administration to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Consider taking legal
action against Munmun Buragohain for the violation of our privacy and the potential harm
caused.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take swift action to
rectify the situation. Your prompt response and actions will go a long way in restoring our
confidence in the safety and privacy of your administration. I appreciate your attention to this
matter and look forward to a resolution in the near future.
