NOTICE

To All Polytech Students,

This is to inform all students Polytechnic of AMS College of Polytechnic, that the deadline for clearing
the semester fees for the academic session 2022-2025 is 30th November 2023. It is mandatory for all
students to ensure the timely payment of their fees to avoid any inconvenience. Please note the 1st,
3rd and 5th semester will happen from 20th December – 30th December 2023.

Important Points:

1. Payment Deadline: The last date to submit the semester fees is 30th November 2023.

2. Late Fee Charges: In case of failure to pay the fees by the specified deadline, a late fee of Rs.100 per
day will be applicable from 1st December 2023 onwards.

3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made through DD or UPI. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED. IN CASE OF
CASH PAYMENT, THE STUDENT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA Rs. 100 FOR TRANSFERING THE CASH TO THE
BANK.

4. Clearance for Examinations: Only students with cleared fee dues will be eligible to receive hall
tickets for the upcoming semester examinations (December 2023). No part payment/ Half payment of
semester fees will be entertained, hence in that case no clearance slip will be issued.
