    English Proficiency Test Certificate
    (MUET / IELTS / TOEFL / Linguaskill / Medium of Instruction letter / Equivalent)
    Academic Transcripts
    (Master Degree / Bachelor / Diploma / Foundation / Matriculation / Equivalent Transcript)
    Certificate of Awards / Letter of Completion
    (Master Degree / Bachelor / Diploma / Foundation / Matriculation / Equivalent Transcript)

    Important Note:
    • Students are required to submit documents as stated in (A) and (B) during Registration Day,
    Orientation Week or within the first 4 weeks from the programme commencement date to
    the Division of Admissions and Credit Evaluation (DACE) from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
    (Monday – Friday, except on Public Holidays):
    (i) KB Block, Ground Floor (KB001), UTAR Sungai Long campus.
    (ii) Heritage Hall, Ground floor (A006), UTAR Kampar campus.
    • Please note that failure to submit any of the documents stated above will result in denied
    access for pre-registration the courses for your next trimester.
