365 Poems for Life: An Uplifting Collection for Every Day of the Year is out on National Poetry Day

Bluebird has signed 365 Poems for Life: An Uplifting Collection for Every Day of the Year, Allie Esiri's first
collection for adults. Publisher Carole Tonkinson bought UK and Commonwealth rights (excluding Canada)
from Clare Conville at C&W Agency. The book will be out on 5 October, National Poetry Day.
Esiri's previous collections for families include A Poem for Every Day of the Year and A Poem for Every Night
of the Year, published by Macmillan Children's Books. She hosts an annual poetry show at the National
Theatre, featuring performances from the likes of Helena Bonham Carter and Tom Hiddleston. 365 Poems
for Life includes poems from writers such as Maya Angelou, Simon Armitage, Carol Ann Duffy, Ocean Vuong
and Nikita Gill.

across the world and across time. Some you might know and be glad to re-visit, others might surprise you as
