    NOTICE FOR GENERAL BODY MEETING

    As intimated by the Election Officer Mr. K.C. Batra that there will not be any election
    on coming Sunday in view of single nomination received for the post of each office
    bearer and 5 nominations received for six posts of members. Hence, all the
    nominations received were elected unopposed for the managing committee for the
    term 2023-2025 However, the General Body meeting (GBM) of the Society will be
    held on Sunday, 19th November 2023 at 10.00 a.m. in the central park for
    presentation and adoption of accounts.
    The proposed agenda for the meeting will be as follows:
    (1) Introduction of the new members of the Managing Committee to the residents
    (2) Presentation of Accounts and Auditor’s Reports by the treasurer.
    (3) Presentation of the budget for 2023-24
    (4) Any other item/s with the permission of the Chair.

    Kindly make it convenient to attend. Tea/Snacks will be served
