and capacities are still not defined and provided as
part of the report. This report shall finalize the proposed FCU
capacity and location and the detailed design. The
detail drawings for the DFCU shall be developed and chilled
water source shall be finalized and defined.

2. Section-7.18 of the submittal - AHU Room at level 13


adjacent to Staircase 2: Contractor has not identified the
lower return-air temperature (21 - 23 deg C) at AHU room as
one of the possible reasons for Stair-case
condensation. Contractor shall investigate the above and
provide remedial measures as part of the current report.
