Currently working as a Project Secretary/ LDC in JIPMER on Contract basis project titled
“STI-ICMR-NARI” from September 2021 in Department of Preventive & Social Medicine.

JOB SUMMARY

 Generation of all financial statements like (utilization certificate, statement of expenditure,

project summary etc.,) and reporting to the funding agency (ICMR-NARI) periodically.
 Maintained daily administration of accounts payable and receivable, prepared deposits,
handled confidential documents.
 Closely coordinate with the principal investigators and Co-PI, for all administrative works.
 Responsibility for all purchases of various electronic devices (i.e., getting quotes from
various vendors and checking of quality, cost effectiveness and others relevant).
 Processed salary for project staffs and claim bills in SFacts Software.
 Coordinated operations and managed all administrative issues with technical workers.
 Scrutinizing the bills to generate the audit report for year-end closing process and
conferences.
 Maintaining documentations of files and bills submitted for reimbursements to the finance
department.
 Co-ordinate with Vendor for technical works which includes Price Negotiation
 Scheduling and coordinate project meetings for state level training and workshops.
 Collecting of weekly reports from Field investigators in concern states and timely
reporting to the funding agency (ICMR-NARI Pune) on weekly basis.
 Continuous Follow up for getting bills and materials from vendors.
