as well as I have studied hotels and tourism.

I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 13 years, most recently
as the Cluster Revenue and Reservations Manager. In this role, I am
responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management and
reservation department operation, including sales, marketing, and operations.
My responsibilities included managing a team of 8 people, developing
strategic plans for the department, and leading the department through
periods of rapid growth. I also worked closely with the hotel’s senior
leadership to develop strategies for increasing occupancy and average room
rates.

My experience has taught me how to work effectively with people from all
levels of an organization. I have learned how to communicate effectively with
both internal and external stakeholders, and how to motivate others to achieve
results. I am confident that these skills will allow me to contribute positively to
