 Nouran Alaa,24 years old, G3P1 +1, married for

5 months. LMP 25/1/2020 GA 12w and EDD is
5/11/2020. She has severe vomiting combined
with blurred of vision, headache, oliguria and
hypotension.
there is no epigastric pain, vaginal bleeding,
vaginal discharge or lower limp edema

She is vitally stable, HB was 70 b/min, regular,

average volume, equal on both sides, vessel
walls not palpable with no special character.
Temperature: 37.2 C BP:100/70
Fundal level at the level of symphysis pupis.

The patient suffers from gestational vomiting.

CBC: Hb 10 g/dl. WBC 5.7 * 103 cm
24 h urine protein collection: 0.1mg/dl
urine analysis shows no abnormality
Random blood glucose 82 mg/dl.
Liver, kidney function test was ordered

Hospitalization.

P
IV fluids.
Vit B thiamine 100 mg IV dilated in saline
infusion.
