drug use as much as possible and wants to know if she can treat her migraine with
acupuncture instead of medication.

C: Acupuncture
O: Reduce migrane headaches

Summary

Migraine is a disease that is more common in women, manifests itself with severe
headache and reduces quality of life. In mild cases, treatments such as changing habits
such as drinking water in daily life and applying cold to the area are preferred. In
severe cases, drug therapy is preferred, triptan reduce inflammation and constrict
blood vessels, thereby stopping the headache or migraine, but recently acupuncture has
also become quite common, it involves the insertion of very thin needles through your
skin at strategic points on your body. Studies have shown that acupuncture reduces
pain, but the working system is not fully resolved, more research is needed, so drug
therapy is a safer choice.
