Case : Fuel injection pump / Solenoid valve unit / Fuel oil pipes in trouble.
Keep “OFF”
Fuel injection cut-off switches in cylinder controller. Close manual stop device for fuel injection system.
(=Close the hydraulic oil inlet line)
Case : Removed pistons or other moving parts and Damaged exhaust valve driving parts.
Fuel injection cut-off switches in cylinder controller. Close manual stop device for both systems.
(=Close the hydraulic oil inlet line)
Step2 : Set dial position Step3 and 4 : Turn control switch then start the air run
and fuel operation.
Starting---AST
(1) Confirm that the Auxiliary Blowers are running.
(2) Set the setting dial at the E/S controller to D/Slow speed.
(3) Set the E/S control switch to “AS START”. Engine will start an Air running.
(4) Make sure that the engine speed during the air run has reached about 10 to 20RPM, and immediately
set the E/S control switch from “AS START” to “AS RUN”.
Starting air will be cut-off, and start to fuel operation corresponding to the setting dial position.
Step2 : Set dial position Step3 and 4 : Turn control switch then start the air run
and fuel operation.
Stopping
(1) Set the setting dial to 0 rpm and fuel is cut-off.
(2) Set the E/S control switch to “STOP” position.
(3) Confirm engine stops.
Step1 : Set dial position to 0 rpm. Step2 : Turn control switch to STOP position.
*NOTE : If the engine is run without using the main controller, fuel oil corresponding to the setting dial position
is charged. For this reason, the setting dial must be operated with care.

Stopping
(1) Set the setting dial to “0” position and fuel is cut-off.
(2) Set the E/S control switch to “STOP” position.
(3) Confirm engine stops.
Step1 : Set dial position to “0” position. Step2 : Turn control switch to STOP position.
In case of both AC100V(main) and DC24V(emergency) electric power source failure in the
Remote Control System, manual emergency stop function does not work.
In this situation, the main engine should be stopped by one of the following ways.
The way 1
Changeover the operation positions refer to following procedure.
(Changeover from “REMOTE” to “Engine Side”)
2. Change over the operation position from “REMOTE” to “E/S” by the control position
CHANGEOVER SWITCH located on the E/S Control Box.
・Fuel injection stops by STOP signal sent from E/S Cont. Box to ECS-800.
・Exhaust valves continue to operate until main engine stop.

1. Cut off No.1 - No.7 cyl. DRIVER power supply switches in the Power
Distribution Box 2 on the middle floor of Engine. (Have to be cut all at once.)
・All solenoid valves stop immediately.
・Fuel injection system and Exhaust valve driving system can’t work.
