1. You will have one monthly in-depth session on each pillar through Q&A. You will receive your questions worksheet a week before your appointment to complete and bring with you each session. 2. You will have one weekly 15-minute call check-in to discuss focus goals. These are not counseling sessions. If you need additional one-on-one counseling and support, in addition to your monthly check in, & email access, you may book a paid Soul Care Session (sometimes this is needed) 3. Daily texts are Monday-Friday and may be individual or group apprentice texts. 4. Nothing magical needs to happen@ each session 5. Progress is not made by force, or exhaustion, but by being present in your life, witnessing it and through self-discovery. 6. Perfection is not the goal. 7. Apprenticing is not copying but creating you by uncovering your uniqueness. 1
