 Maximum amount exceeds in Project: 250.00 pesos per student (collection fee should be
given to the school cashier)
 Proposed Project (ceiling fan)
 Deadline: Before the end of first quarter that will not groundwire for the parents to earn
money for the project fee and it will not make the classroom development stoppage also.

 Habitual tardiness (2 late considered as 1 day absent)
 Absences (40 days absent in a year considered as drop out)
 Not wearing of school uniform (students cannot in the school premise without
wearing a school uniform, unless have valid reasons for doing so)
 Using/playing of cellphones during class hours.
 Using foul word/language.
 Smoke and drinking alcohol inside the school premise.
