KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WE, Rogelio Soreno, of legal age, single with residence at Tayasan,

Negros Oriental, hereinafter known as the MORTGAGOR, and Irvin Sison,
of legal age, single with residence at Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental
hereinafter known as the MORTGAGEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the mortgagor is indebted to the mortgagee in the sum of seventy-
five thousand pesos (P75,000) which is the receipt acknowledged by the
mortgagor after signing of this instrument, payable within a period of six
months, with interest at one thousand pesos (P1,000) per month.
That for and in consideration of this indebtedness, and to assure the
performance of the said obligation to pay, the following property that the
mortgagor currently owns will be transferred by chattel mortgage, when
failure to pay, to the mortgagee, his heirs, and assigns:

That the condition of this obligation is that should the MORTGAGOR

perform the obligation to pay the said indebted amount seventy-five thousand
pesos together with the interest, this chattel mortgage shall at once become
null and void, otherwise, it shall remain full force and effect.
