In recent years, rising living costs have led to various insurmountable problems encountered by

residents. Not only can it create dissatisfaction among people, but it also causes a widening gap
between rich and poor states. To tackle these intriguing issues, I assume that the government should
allocate more money to the price stabilization fund.

The rise in expenditures may have enormous impacts on the citizens. Firstly, as the prices go up,
many people will have a sense of frustration. This is because they have to pay more for the
amenities and rent, whereas there are no salary improvements and bonuses for them. As a result,
their performance will be deteriorated. Moreover, the gap between the wealthy and the
impoverished will be stimulated due to the rising cost of living. This can be seen in the case of Dubai,
while everything is becoming extravagant for the underprivileged, it is almost normal for the rich
counterparts. There is much likelihood that the community will be separated heavily, which later
may lead to strikes.

Nevertheless, those problems are not insoluble, there is a sole best method to overcome them. That
solution, which can only be enforced by the regime, is to raise a fund to keep the costs in balance.
With this miracle fund, the prices will always be maintained in desirable states that are
advantageous for people in poverty. For example, in agriculture, when the harvests are devastated
for any reason, poor farmers would not be under economic burdens anymore if their budgets were
subsidized by the government budgets. Granted, some people may argue that the states should not
prioritize this aspect as they still have many other concerns such as education or security. However,
with plenty of benefits like this, they ought to come round to this idea.

In conclusion.
