CONTRACT OF SERVICE

This contract is entered into by and between the Palompon National High School represented
by NOEMI S. CARLOBOS, School Head , known as PARTY OF THE FIRST PART and
ALEXANDER L. VERSO, of legal age and resident of Palompon, Leyte and PARTY OF THE
SECOND PART.

The SECOND PARTY agrees to render labor services for the Repair of TVL Cookery
Laboratory Phase 1 “plumbing” of Palompon National High School.

The FIRST PARTY agrees to pay the SECOND PARTY an amount of PhP 1,848.90.00
(Pakyaw System) upon completion of services in Palompon National High School.
