Dear colleague
As you are leaving NielsenIQ, there are a few formalities we need to observe regarding the ESOMAR
Professional Code and the terms of your employment, both in the interest of your professional reputation
and the company’s. In order to receive your final pay, you must read and acknowledge the declaration
below by signature.
DECLARATION
In the course of your employment, you have worked with information and materials that are confidential
and trade secrets. These information and materials are very valuable to the Company and our clients.
Please do not compromise yourself, the Company or a new employer by disclosing any confidential
information. For this purpose, you declare that you have returned and do not have in your possession or
have access to or under your control anywhere, in any form (paper, electronic or otherwise), any
NielsenIQ files, jobs, notes, lists, drawings, letters, pictures, client contract details, technical training or
commercial information, or any other information related to NielsenIQ’s business, clients, staff or service.
In addition, you also declare that you have returned and no longer have possession of any NielsenIQ
property. The Company reserves the right to deduct from your final payment the amount of money
equivalent to the value of any item(s) that have not been returned to the Company.
Your signature on this document also confirms your agreement to continue to adhere to your obligations
of confidentiality towards all confidential or proprietary information regarding the Company and its
business, its employees and its clients during the course of your employment. These ongoing obligations
are set out in the Employee Confidentiality, Conflicts and Proprietary Rights agreement signed when you
commenced employment.
