(1)Make sure you have connected the power well.

(4)Wifi cannot be 5G,it only supports 2.4G.

(6)Please complete the pairing first, then put the sd card into
the camera.
(7)Check the camera is in pairing model:The LED indicator
should be flashing .Then send sound wave.
(3)Format your SD card to Fat32 or exFat32 format.
(4)The SD card is on the top of the camera.

4.9 REMOTE CONTROL YOUR CAMERA BY APP
Enter the live video interface of APP, using the direction
arrows(up/down/right/left) to control the camera to rotate
vertically/horizontally.
FAQ
1. Cannot bind camera device?
In the location where the camera is installed, there must be a full
WiFi signal.You can put your mobile phone in the location of the
camera to test whether there is a full WiFi signal .

(1)After sending the sound wave, the camera has no beep sound.
Please do the following:
A.Reset the camera;
B.Turn up the volume while the sound waves are being sent;
C.put the speaker of the phone closer to the microphone of the
camera while the sound waves are being sent;
D.Repeat the operations above in a quiet environment.

(2)After sending the sound wave, the camera has a prompt


sound “Connect to wireless network ”,but no successful
binding. Please check:
A.Ensure that the WIFI username and password have been
correctly inputted into the app;
B.Ensure that the WIFI is 2.4G,not 5G;
C.Wi can't be hidden;
D.You must enable DHCP;
E.Cameras only support WPA or WPA2,not WEP;
F.Commonly, one router can be connected to up to 10 WIFI devices
at one time. If there are more than 10, the camera might not be able
to successfully connect to WIFI. In this case, users are suggested to
restart the router or disconnect some of the WIFI devices.

(3)After sending the sound wave, the camera has a prompt
sound “Wireless network is established”,but no successful
binding.Please check:
A.Ensure that your router has the access to the network;
B.Check to see if your router has any limitations restricting it from
accepting network requests;
C.Ask the Network operator if they have imposed any limitations
restricting it from accepting network requests;
D.After the camera prompts "wireless network is established",
continue to wait, do not return the APP, and do not cut o the
camera. The APP will automatically jump to the camera
list interface.

2. How can I reset the camera?


Press and hold the reset button, hear the "drop" sound and then
release the light ashing slowly, send the sound wave binding. The
reset button looks like this.

3. Remove binding
Please provide your camera id,the position of the camera id is shown.

4. The camera’s video screen is corrupted
(1) If the video is corrupted when watching live video,
A. log out of the APP and log in again, then refresh the phone
screen to watch;
B. remove the camera from the APP and adjust the installation
position of the camera to avoid direct sunlight.
C. re-bind and see if video is normal;
(2) If the video is normal when watch live video, video playback
is corrupted.It is suggested to replace a better quality memory
card into the camera.
(3) When the video mode is HD,and the camera was focused on
the environment with a lot of colors or changes,it is easy to be
corrupted.In this case,you can set it to SD

5. No push notications when alarming.


Check the settings of your phone to ensure the push notications
are allowed. Refer pic 26,27&28.

6. Sound is not coming from app on phone?
Please make sure your phone is not on silent and the volume
is turned up. Make sure the sound peimission is allowed.Refer
pic 26,27&28.

7. Can more than one person view my camera


Yes, up to 15 users can view a single camera. The camera paired
originally with the unit is the administrator.

8. How many cameras can add to the smartphone app?


Up to 99 cameras can be added to a single app however it will
slow down opening the device list if you have multiple
cameras added.

9. I have forgotten my password
(1) Log out the app,click the icon below,so that you can see
your password.

(2) Or you can try:


A. Log out and click "Forgot password".
B. enter your email and click next.
C. click send code, and input the code to reset the password.

10.Camera oine?
You can check
LED lights don't work
Restart the power supply and make sure the socket, power
adapter, extension cord and camera are connected properly.

(1)Make sure the LED light is always on ;
(2)Swipe down the home page of APP to refresh the device
list page;
(3)Log out of the APP and log in again.

Camera oine, remove camera and rebind it.
Delete the camera from your phone's Settings before rebinding.

Please install the camera near the router.
Please ensure that the WiFi signal is full at
the position where the camera is installed.
