Diagnosis Peripheral and bone marrow finding are of plasma cell dyscrasia favouring myltiple
myeloma with megaloblastic features in erythroid and myeloid series.

Advised clinical correlation with S. Creatinine, S. Protein, A:G ratio, S. Protein Electrophoresis, Light chain assay, Vit B12, beta
2Microglobin, Folate, Retic count, Ferritin and LDH.
