3rd January, 1969:
High-court judge, justice ‘Kuppuswamy’, said

local reservation is not applicable in corporations
and autonomous bodies.
3rd February, 1969, the H.C single judge justice
20th February, 1969 divisional bench ruled that
(2) ‘Chinnappa Reddy’ ruled that Mulki Rules were (1)

28th March, 1969 S.C. said that Mulki rules are 3rd October, 1972.
