Question: The relationship among BE (Business Ethics), CSR (Corporate Social

Responsibility) and CC (Corporate Culture).
Answer:
Considering a company in the iceberg perspective, I think the tip or the visible part that
outsider can notice without having to join in the company is BE (Business Ethics).
Because it primarily influences the surrounding environment by shaping the company's
decision-making processes. When a company adheres to strong ethical principles, it is
more likely to make choices that minimize harm and promote the well-being of its
stakeholders, including employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
Underneath the iceberg visualizes CC (Corporate Culture). The reason of my choice is
while it is not directly tied to specific actions or initiatives, but plays a crucial role in
shaping the overall impact of a company on its surroundings. A strong corporate culture
that values ethical behavior, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability can
foster a sense of ownership and engagement among employees, encouraging them to act
responsibly both within the company and in their personal lives. Finally, CSR (Corporate
Social Responsibility) causes impact on the surroundings. By engaging in CSR activities,
companies can directly contribute to improving the surrounding environment. Examples
of CSR initiatives include:

 Investing in renewable energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions

 Supporting local community development projects and initiatives
 Promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the community
 Partnering with non-profit organizations to address social and environmental issues
