MOTION FOR POSTPONEMENT

Comes now, the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully alleges that:

1. The above captioned cases were scheduled for Preliminary Conference on

September 05, 2023 at 8:30 in the morning;

2. However, much to his regret, the undersigned will not be able to attend the said
hearing considering the fact that there he is suffering from high fever and
physically exhausted;

3. As such, the undersigned counsel prays that the scheduled hearing be cancelled
and reset on September 13, 2023 at 8:30 in the morning at any date most
convenient to this honorable Court;

4. This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings in this case but solely for
the reason above stated;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, above premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of the

Honorable Court to cancel the hearing on September 5 2023 at 8:30 in the morning and
be reset to September 13, 2023 at 8:30 in the morning or any date most convenient to
this Honorable Court.

Praying for such, other reliefs and remedies the Honorable Court deems just and
equitable under the premises.
